Adult ADHD

Tired of the eye rolls when you forget something?  Is your house a wreck, is work always stressful even when it shouldn’t be?  Are you exhausted?  Is sleeping a big problem for you?  ADHD is not a character issue.  Treatment and education are often very effective in building coping skills and strategies to better manage your day to day.  Believe it or not, understanding your own development and the WHY behind the things you do and choices you make will help with this.  Don’t expect to get a lecture or be told to make a list when you come to my office.  We will work together to identify your struggles, understand what wholistic treatment looks like for you, and most importantly look at the strengths you have that have gotten you this far.
