Lisa Werth, LCSW, LCAC, CEDS, SAP

Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over fifteen years of post-master’s clinical experience.  She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania, a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University in New York, and a Master’s in Special Education from McDaniel University in Westminster, Maryland.  She specializes in Eating Disorders and Substance Abuse.  Lisa is also a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) in the state of Indiana with twenty years of experience working in the addictions field.  She has a diverse addictions background, which has included the creation of the City of Baltimore Family Court Alcohol and Drug Evaluation and Referral Program and administering Intensive Outpatient Programs in rural upstate New York.

 

Lisa is a skilled group facilitator and class instructor.  She currently offers programs which are state apporved by the Indiana Office of Court Services for Substance Abuse.  Furthermore, her business, Calla Clinic, LLC is certified by the State of Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction. Her practice consists of teaching classes, substance abuse evaluations, SAP evaluations and counseling for substance abuse. 

 

Lisa has a diverse clinical background and has practiced in varied settings from East Harlem, NY and Baltimore City Courts to providing Post-trauma stress debriefings and critical incident counseling services for investment banks during the September 11th World Trade Center Disaster.  Since moving to Lafayette 15 years ago, Lisa has worked at CAPS at Purdue University, where she has offerred consultation services, as well as providing services from her private practice in West Lafayette.  She is passionate about her work, and has a special interest in Substance Abuse.  Lisa is married and blessed with two wonderful children.
